Rev. Dr. Gregory J. Edwards is a distinguished faith leader, social justice advocate, and community developer based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He serves as Senior Pastor of Resurrected Life, UCC, President of the Resurrected Community Development Corporation and as Executive Director of POWER Interfaith; Pennsylvania’s largest statewide multifaith, multiracial network advancing racial and economic justice on a liveable planet. A committed champion of racial and social equity, Dr. Edwards has been inducted into Morehouse College’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Board of Preachers in recognition of his leadership and advocacy. He holds advanced degrees from Drew University and New Brunswick Theological Seminary and has led multi-million-dollar community development projects through the Resurrected Community Development Corporation, creating transformative educational, and economic opportunities in historically underserved communities. Moreover as a professional musician specializing in Black hymnody and jazz, he has performed and recorded with multiple artists. Through his gifts, vision, and unwavering dedication to community empowerment, Dr. Edwards is a dynamic force for positive change in the world.

Katrina Gamble, PhD, Founder and CEO of Sojourn Strategies, and Terrance Woodbury, Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of HIT Strategies, conducted the research. The research was not conducted in support of any candidate.
